1 Lesson = 1 Hour I love cycling and I try to get as many people involved. Cycling is quite fun and easy on the body. It is also a rewarding sport for long-term health benefits. I teach those that are extremely new to cycling and provide the basic fundamental skills from balancing, clipping into pedals, or changing gears, just to name a few. These skills are worked on weekly to get you ready for your first-ever race. I also offer skills training for the above-average person who would like to beat traffic commuting to work.

- Tamuka is an inspiring cycling student who started from the bottom and worked his way up to become a proficient rider. When Tamuka first started, he couldn't even balance on his bike, but with perseverance and dedication, he has improved significantly.Spera's response :
Tamuka's journey has been a remarkable one, and it's a testament to what can be achieved with determination and effort. Now, Tamuka and I ride occasionally every week to help him improve his strength and get ready for an upcoming race.

Perfect! Siphe has, what I believe, the two most important qualities of a teacher - knowledge and patience.
Although I only had a few lessons, I learned a great deal and both my riding and confidence significantly improved. So if Siphe can teach a geriatric old fart like me, he can teach anyone.
I would be continuing with my lessons if I were not leaving the country.
