I've worked in the software industry for over 30 years, rising to leadership levels in Quality Assurance/testing, Development, Customer Service, Product Management. I was a certified Project Manager for many years (PMP) and 15 years ago shifted to the Agile project leadership methodology and am a certified scrum master and product owner. I coach often. Lessons, coaching, and approach will be tailored to each student. We'll pick an existing project (or make an appropriate one to use to lean up) and work through initiation, fulfillment, and wrapping up. This has been my day-to-day focus (in the software industry) for many years. I've enjoyed working with and helping young and old in a wide variety of industries.
