I make sure I don't just read of a power point or ask students to do something I've told them. I will not only teach them, but allow them to expirement with whatever I'm teaching them, until they are able to explain whatever I'm teaching them to me in various forms. That's when one has fully grasped a topic. A slow and steady pace is my style, not too much information in a Day, but not too less, and some room to process it.
