I teach French with a personalised and interactive approach, blending grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice to make lessons both effective and enjoyable. A typical lesson lasts one hour and is adapted to the student’s goals, whether that’s exam preparation, improving fluency, or learning for travel and cultural interest. As a student with top grades in all my language subjects — including GCSE and A-Level Italian (Grade 9 and A*), GCSE and A-Level French (Grade 9 and A*), and GCSE Spanish (Grade 9) — I bring both academic excellence and a love of languages to my teaching. I also hold an offer to study French and History at the University of Cambridge. I have successfully tutored students in English and Latin within my school, creating and delivering my own lesson plans. I was specially commended by my teacher for my sense of humour and ability to maintain a positive, productive atmosphere, even when a student was struggling. My proudest achievement was helping a Year 11 pupil in Maths (taught alongside Latin) improve from a predicted Grade 2 to a Grade 5 at GCSE. My French lessons are ideal for learners aged 11–18, from beginners to advanced, who want structured guidance, cultural insight, and the confidence to use the language in real life.
