I want to teach calisthenics workout(completely body weight exercises) and the skills related to the calisthenics such as pushups of various kinds (normal pushups, single clap pushups, double-triple clap pushups, superman pushups, diamond pushups and many other),pulls ups ,headstand,handstand etc. it would be completely amazing for u all. I m very confident about my skills and want u to progress through bodyweight exercises rather than gym and all. We will go slowly developing each and every skill and the strength we achieve will be really amazing.
I have just started giving classes. I have taught many of my friends listing them the advantages of calisthenics over gym.They have also started doing calisthenics and improved a lot through it. Guys, this would be really amazing as few people gain the real strength in their life and others just stick to the gyms.
I m doing Btech from The northcap university, Gurgaon,Haryana. Along with my engineering, I have been regularly working upon the skills related to calisthenics and gaining enough strength from it. I am regularly doing body weight exercises from few months and want to make it as a profession.
