About Rayaan

My Name is Rayaan Emeran and I’m passionate in teaching and helping people because I was there as-well, and I can relate. I think the hardest part for most people is motivation and to actually start their fitness journey, but I believe I can change that, I found that motivation within me and now I love training, I believe that just after 2 weeks with me, you will see significant progress and once you see that, you’ll be motivated as well.

Whether skinny with high metabolism or overweight, I can help you achieve your fitness goals and motivate you to improve your body :)
I used to be skinny, 54kg at the age 16/17
Now a calisthenics athlete and a bodybuilder at 74kg
I’m happy and confident in my body now and very motivated to keep on training.
