About Caitlin
My name is Caitlin and i am currently a NHS employee looking to help others in their sporting life style. I am a reliable and fun tutor who can adapt myself for different age groups and experience. My personal experience as a track athlete is at the Prince Of Wales Athletic Team in Cheltenham, Gloucester.
I was apart of the athletic track team for 6 years, running 100m,200m and competing in relay further winning 11+ first places in 100m and 200m and 7 second places overall for relay with my past team.
This experience wanted me to help others pursue what i did with some basic support right on their doorstep.
I am a fun and friendly person who has patience and safety at the front of my mind. My lessons are a non judgmental place for students to be themselves and get to know peers if applicable. i know my basic first aid also.

In my lessons i use fun and creative ways of warming up and focusing on the key parts you need for track. We will usually warm up together and gain and understanding of your ability (all abilities welcome!) i used to teach primary school students track skills and typical types of racing techniques.
If you're looking for 100m , 200m and relay coaching, i can do that!
My age range is 5 - 17 years old. (groups of up to 4 at the moment, or 1:1 training)
My main times i can train students will be from 5:30 on wards in the evenings and weekends, anytime.
Any level welcome, whether you are looking to gain some experience, practice for a school sports day, practice for a competition or just get your fitness levels up, I'm here for you!
The length of my lessons will be up to you and how you feel, 20 mins, 30 mins, or even 1 hour!
