My methodology involves three steps . I try to ask relevant questions and make the person discover the answer from his within.
1. Discover - In this phase I try to understand the person with whom I am interacting and vice versa.
2. Understanding - In this phase I try to understand the problem the person is facing and why
3. solution phase - I provide more than one solutions and culminate with one.
