About Roberto
Hi! I'm Roberto, a professional jazz trumpet player and experienced music teacher with over 15 years of performance and teaching experience. I specialize in jazz, classical, and contemporary styles, and I’ve helped students of all levels—from absolute beginners to advanced players—develop strong technique, musicality, and confidence on the trumpet.
Originally from Italy and now based in Brisbane, I’ve performed across Europe and Australia in various ensembles, including jazz bands, classical groups, and Latin combos. My lessons are personalized, supportive, and goal-oriented, whether you’re preparing for exams, auditions, or simply want to enjoy playing music.
I believe in making each lesson engaging and rewarding, focusing not only on technique and tone, but also on creativity, improvisation, and expression.

My trumpet lessons are tailored to your individual goals, level, and musical interests. I use a combination of proven trumpet methods and custom exercises, and I provide clear guidance for home practice. Lessons are available in person in Brisbane or online, and I also offer help with choosing a trumpet or mouthpiece if needed.
