I am Divya Elizabeth. I usually follow lecture method for my college students with direct instructional style. But sometimes I incorporate some changes using delegator style, being an observer of the student's progress which also is required for an effective teaching. I don't completely rely on summaries and explanation available online for any piece of poetry or prose. I prefer student's individual perception and ideas and then go on with generalized ideas so that the uniqueness in each student's way of thinking is not diluted with external ideas
