About Lucas
From being a sedentary overweight kid to someone focused and fit, this was just a part of my personal evolution on the journey towards my best self. I started training to get out of the doldrums of sedentary lifestyle, but with my evolution, I saw that it was possible to go further. I started my studies on my own, consulting professionals from different areas of physical education (nutritionist, endocrinologists, bodybuilders, physical education professionals and the like) and with the acquired knowledge I saw that it was possible to teach others to also conquer their body back!

Classes will be focused on the student's objective, whether it is gaining muscle mass, physical conditioning, strength, endurance or the like, together with detailed teaching on how to set up training programs, diets, calorie and "macronutrients" calculation, countless ways to vary exercises for all muscle groups (even for people with specific injuries that limit movement).
