For clients aiming towards weight loss and body re-composition, we will look at a program and plan to fit your lifestyle to ensure long-lasting results with positive lifestyle changes.
Typically I take all my clients through an initial skill acquisition. This will teach periodization to help them with building programming in the future. Using techniques and skills driven in many area's of fitness that will help you think outside the box. We will make sure together that we mix things up to keep things interesting.
Classes for all levels of fitness, incorporating plyometrics, HIIT training, Isometrics, Cardio and Resistance.
