My group sessions are more structured, allowing me to cover more material in a shorter time frame. I also use a variety of online resources, such as video chats, webinars, and interactive learning platforms, to make the learning experience as engaging and effective as possible.
A typical lesson plan for me would include a review of the material we covered in the previous session, a quick check-in to see how the student feels about the material and a discussion of any questions or concerns they may have. Then, I would lead the student through a targeted lesson on the material they are having trouble with or that we need to go over in more detail. At the end of the session, I would assign homework or a practice assignment to help the student cement the material into their brain and to give them something to work on before our next session.
