About Elva
With 12 years of teaching experience, I am a guitar tutor who teaches students of all ages, from school and college students to working professionals. My aim is to make learning guitar enjoyable, effective, and creative.
I believe every student is unique, so I personalize lessons to match their goals and pace. I focus on technique, music theory, improvisation, and creative expression. Students can explore classical, rock, jazz, or pop music depending on their interests.
I have taught over 200 students, many of whom have performed in competitions, concerts, and recitals. Some students have pursued music professionally, while others have developed music as a hobby. I use structured exercises, practical examples, and interactive teaching methods to make learning engaging.
I also teach sight-reading, rhythm, and composition, helping students become confident and well-rounded musicians. My approach is patient, supportive, and motivating.
