About Pawandeep
I am yoga and meditation enthusiast. Meditation is my core and I am a daily meditator. I have progressed way far in meditation reaching the final stage of Samadhi. I will basically teach you meditation and it will be adaptive based on your mind. I will teach you skills which no other person will teach you and make my best effort to make you reach the highest goal.. Different people have different hiccups in journey of progressing through meditation stages. I will be continuously following with you with your progress and help you achieve your goals based on your speed, adaptiveness. The meditation in turn will help you with relieving daily stress, depression, anxiety, health issues, skin issues, auto immune disorder issues and n number of other issues. Meditation is basically a life medicine, a cure for everything.
