Being a student in Ms.Maharaj's class has been a wonderful journey for me. She teaches students in a clear and understanding way that is helpful to the student. As a student who was in Ms. Maharaj’s class for 2 years (grades 7 and 8), I believe she has been one of the most engaging and supportive teachers I’ve had. She’s helped me grow as a student and has contributed to raising my academic skills. I’ve learnt so many things in her class and I feel confident about the next year because of her. I have had Ms. Maharaj as my teacher for my teacher for grade 7 and 8. She was extremly dedicated to her students and you can tell she really loves teaching. Not only was she able to give amazing lessons, but she listened to her students needs and adjusted her class. For example, whenever we would have a due date for an assignment she would always check-in to make sure the date was fair and that we all had enough time to finish the work.

Those two years in middle school were really a gamechanger for me as I also learned more beyond the classroom. She would take the time to give us mini lessons on life which were different and taught me a lot.

She is an easy-going teacher and has definitely made my experience going into high school soooo much easier. I would 100% reccomend her to other students my age looking for a tutor as she is probably one of the best teachers I have had.

Overall, she is the kind of person that not only cares about the material they teach but also cares about the students and people she works with catering to their needs. She has made an amazing teacher and mentor in Gr. 7 and 8, and a tutoring service like superprof is lucky to have her!
