About ANNELISE

A great traveler, life has called me to live 17 years in Bali, the island of the Gods!
Learning and adaptations, to deform ourselves from our beliefs (family, societal, cultural), and live in coherence in one's Heart . A transformative experience.
Now I want to pass on my knowledge, in yoga, meditation and personal development.

I discovered yoga very early, during my high school years!
And it quickly became a way of life, a philosophy which allowed me to blossom and calmly face the ups and downs of life. I graduated as a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher in Bali. Yoga alliance 200H and 300H.
I have also followed trainings: Therapeutic Yoga, Vipasana, Naturopathy, Non-violent Communication, and in traditional energetics, Access Consciousness, and Shamanism, Sacred Feminine.

I am very happy to accompany you to find your balance, your physical and mental flexibility, and especially your inner joy. Balinese yoga allows us to draw from ourselves the resources we need, it teaches us to live better, on a daily basis, to be in harmony in our body and on the mental level, and to manage our emotions.
Yoga helps to develop: self-esteem, self-confidence, self-love, to be centered, improve concentration,
to channel one's mental flow, to relax, to become flexible, to manage stress, to have self-awareness, living in full awareness, here and now, being in harmony with one's body and mind, cultivating inner peace, finding sleep, and in preventive treatment of pathology, anxiety, menaupause, ....
as a yogi, my goal is to get my students to become aware of their body, their breath and their infinite possibilities, while keeping a smile! and by letting go .....

About the class

I offer yoga classes that allow you to release your stress, and improve your vitality. Depending on your needs, I use dynamic yoga, Vinyasa, or energy yoga, Kundalini, or relaxing yoga, Yin.
First, we will discuss your goals together, then we will establish a program for them. gradually reach.
I start my classes with breathing exercises, to establish the connection between body and mind. Then, the session continues with the practice of postures to warm up the body gently, with breathing in consciousness.
Throughout the session, I adjust your alignments to feel the benefits and make you progress.
Then I finish by a relaxation on a chosen theme, in order to broaden your practice to your daily life.
The specificity of my teaching, is a yoga which brings Joy, Well-Being, and a serene anchoring, like me the have passed on the Balinese masters.
Rich in my 17 years of Balinese life, I was initiated into energetics and their sense of Joy, as the engine of Life.
I wish to share this ancestral knowledge with you , which connects us to our true Being and allows us to rediscover our Sacred femininity.
The path of yoga offers many treasures, do not hesitate any longer, get out of your comfort zone and take the plunge ..... Welcome in this wonderful journey, to the Heart of Self.

Durant un même cours, elle a la faculté d'initier les débutants comme je l'étais, en leur donnant confiance, tout en continuant a travailler en profondeur avec les élevés beaucoup plus avances.
