It includes a free Mobility Session class to make you guys learn the importance of mobility & range of motion importance into an athlete's life.
It starts with the 1st Session as Importance of Warmup. And how warming up the right way is one of the easiest ways to become a better athlete.
1. This course is for all badminton athletes out there irrespective of their level. Any badminton athlete(recreational or professional), coach, student, anyone will benefit from this and I guarantee promised results. This is for anyone willing to take his/her game to the next level.
2. The emphasis of training will be on: court specific movement, agility, strength & speed.
