Hello! A little bit about me! I am passionate about helping learners discover their strengths and achieve their goals. My background in education, coaching, and student support has taught me that every learner is unique and deserves an approach that meets their individual needs.

I strive to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress. Whether we are working on academic skills, health and wellness concepts, study strategies, or personal goal-setting, I focus on making learning engaging, relevant, and connected to real-life experiences.

My Teaching Methodology and Techniques

A Typical Lesson

Each lesson begins with a brief check-in and review of previous learning to activate prior knowledge. Together, we establish clear learning goals and success criteria. Students then have opportunities to apply their learning independently while receiving ongoing feedback and support. Lessons conclude with reflection, goal setting, and discussion of how the learning can be applied in everyday life.
