My name is Shaylee, and I am so excited to be your tutor. I believe every student has unique strengths, and my goal is to help you grow, feel confident, and discover what you are capable of achieving. I have been teaching for 2 years, and I am passionate about creating a learning environment where learning feels engaging, safe, and challenging in the best ways. In our class, mistakes are part of learning, respect is the foundation, and curiosity is always encouraged. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, baking and being outside, and I love bringing those experiences into the classroom to connect what we learn to the real world. - Guided Practice (15–20 minutes): Students practice with my support through discussion, problem-solving, or small group activities.
- Independent Practice (15–20 minutes): Learners apply knowledge on their own while I monitor and provide feedback.
- Wrap-Up/Reflection (5 minutes): Students share takeaways, ask questions, and connect the lesson to prior or future learning.
