About AHMAD HAFIZUDDIN
As a final year student in the Bachelor of Arts With Education, I plan to pursue a career in Education.
Based on my experience, I have served as a substitute teacher in Biology, Science, English, Malay and history for one year. In addition, I have served as a Coach Leader in NCER Student Empowerment for six months and I have acquired a wide range of skills in conducting interactive and online learning processes.
Being a substitute teacher and coach is not just a simple job because I am commited in my work while excited and feel enthusiastic in teaching. My competence in teaching has been proven as I have produced so many high achievements among my students throughout my service.

My teaching philosophy is to be enthusiastic, passionate and engaging every time in my lesson to boost my students morale in believing that study is not a boring thing to be done, excited to learn more and become active participants in a learning process.
I believe my method is unconventional but I do want to help the students to be self-sufficient in a learning process. For me, I am most proud when I can guide my student to make a positive difference in academic and watching even simple and sweet kind of accomplishments of those whom I have teached and guided. In my lesson, everything might seems ordinary but at the end, the result is going to be extraordinary
I put an understanding phase as a fundamental in learning and it will be strengthen more by using scaffolding technique in order to develop my students' performance in learning. A misunderstanding can be detected as a sources of mistakes and will be cleared through multiples type of practice and lessons which is simple and easy.
For Bahasa Melayu, my lesson structure is well-oriented based on topic and examination analysis. Topics like grammar and comprehension will be taught based on practice and understanding. For History, the lesson structure is based on interactive learning as I choose to teach by bringing the students to see the reality of history throughout timelines and chronologies.
