About Ben
I am an entrepreneur with a passion for golf and fitness. I was heavily involved with sports when I was young, captained my high school golf and football teams and continued with a heavy focus on golf and fitness to this day. I am a low handicap golfer and have become pound for pound the strongest I have ever been at the age of 34 (current age). I strive to improve and further develop my golf and fitness every day. I am happy and excited to work with and teach people what I have learned over the years to become a better golfer and more physically fit.

I base my teaching on improving mindset, implementing procedure with repetition, and replacing poor habits with successful habits. Mindset is the foundation for improvement. Thoughts produce results, so the thinking needs to be corrected to develop and improve. Once a positive mindset is established, repetition of good habits will replace the poor habits. That's when big gains are made.
