Sometimes it only takes a few quick tips and practice to make a difference and set you apart from others. In just a few sessions I can help you with ideas for showcasing your story (who you are ), practice for situational interview questions, and being able to share a plan once you land the role.
Once upon a time I was in your shoes, navigating the world of interviews and trying to stand out from the crowd. There is a way to do this and still be yourself, I love helping young people or even those getting back into the workforce present the best version of themselves.
We know that a few things have changed in the last several years, many interviews that used to be in person are now remote and remote interviews are a unique opportunity, we are in a challenging time in our job market with the pace and competing nature of companies looking for talent , which can be a good thing or not depending on how you look at it; and finally, social media and the way we communicate has put less of a focus on developing interpersonal skills so it’s good to be reminded that these skills are still critical. You won’t get a fancy presentation from me with slides and documents, what you will get is real down to earth conversation, advice and practice.
