Ashli is a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has a master's degree in Public Health from George Washington University.
She decided to take the path to start her business, Healing FoodFully Fitness & Nutrition to help eliminate health disparities by disseminating health information on how plant-based nutrition can help reverse and eliminate disease and providing fitness and nutrition services to help clients achieve their health goals!
She has experience and success in working with clients with the following health conditions:
- Arthritis, Asthma, Back Pain/Issues, Bad Posture, Bone/Joint Injury, Joint Pain, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Rotator Cuff Issues, Shoulder Issues, Tennis Elbow, Anemia, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Obesity, Hyperlipidemia, PCOS
Ashli conducts summer bootcamps and specializes in HIIT, Balance, Core Stabilization/Strengthening, and Strength/ Cardiorespiratory Training. She loves helping clients take control of their health through nutrition by conducting grocery demonstrations and incorporating more plant-based foods into their everyday eating.
