About Yash
My name is Yash, and i am 21 year old. I have been training myself from 10 years, with different self-defense skills i.e. taekwondo, silambam (bamboo fight), karate and army defence techniques including gun firing, archery. These all skills makes me confident, disciplined and also helps in maintaining a healthy body.
It made me most active students in culturals and sports activities of my school and collages. It build guts in me to face any unexpected situations.

I will teach you best self-defense techniques and train you with daily routine exercises which build your muscle strength, muscle power and a good body posture, also help you in reducing body fat.
