Mentored by Gurudev Praveen Rishi, a Jain monk, I have experienced transformations that have surprised me at a personal level. Wish to share and teach this knowledge for the benefits of humankind. Ancient wisdom from Jainism for modern-day problems attracted me and seeing firsthand results propelled me to train and teach this in a universal way crossing language barriers.
