I highly recommend training with Coach Tash. In my journey as a beginner runner, her tailored training plan greatly improved my ability and confidence as a runner. Tasha has been a great trainer for me. She was able to assist me with the physical strength training that enabled me to complete my first ever marathon at the beginning of the year.
