About Moshe
Hi, I’m Moshe, a certified architect with more than 20 years of international experience. I help architecture students who feel stuck with their concepts, unsure how to develop their projects, or preparing portfolios for architecture school and job applications.
I studied architecture in Florence, Italy and have worked on projects in several countries around the world. Alongside my professional work, I’ve spent many years mentoring architecture students and helping them move their ideas forward. I understand what professors are looking for in studio reviews and what universities expect in a strong portfolio.
Many students come to me when they feel lost with a concept, discouraged after critiques, or unsure how to present their ideas clearly. In our sessions, we work through your project together. I help you turn your ideas into clear architectural concepts, improve your sketches and drawings, and develop your project so it becomes stronger and more convincing.
I support students with portfolio preparation for architecture school, studio projects, concept development, sketching, design thinking, presentations, and interview preparation. Whether you are a high school student applying to architecture programs or a university student trying to push your project to the next level, I will help you find direction and confidence in your work.
If you feel stuck with your project or want a professional perspective on your portfolio, feel free to reach out and tell me what you’re working on. I’ll be happy to help.

You do not need to arrive with architectural experience or a finished collection of projects. A successful admission portfolio should reveal curiosity, imagination, observation, experimentation and the ability to develop an idea through a creative process.
In these individual online lessons, I guide high school students step by step through the creation of an original portfolio for architecture school admission. Students develop projects through drawing, photography, painting, collage, conceptual sketching, model-making, material experiments and spatial studies. A simple starting point—such as rhythm, memory, identity, movement, light, sound or transformation—can gradually become a sophisticated visual and spatial investigation.
My five-stage method moves from inspiration and reference research to study sketches, diagrams, working models and a resolved final project. Students learn not only how to create a final piece, but also how to document and communicate the thinking, experiments and development behind it. We also work on selecting the strongest projects, organizing the portfolio, creating balanced pages and presenting an authentic personal voice.
I do not create the portfolio for the student or force everyone into the same visual style. My role is to discover each student’s individual strengths and help them transform their interests into meaningful creative work. The lessons are supportive, challenging and adapted to the student’s level, target universities and application schedule. Parents can also receive guidance about planning, materials, deadlines and the overall admission process.

We worked with Moshe during my son’s architecture school admissions process, and his guidance made a real difference. He helped him structure his portfolio from school work and also worked with him to create new projects. He was professional, super knowledgeable and my son really enjoyed working with him. Moshe has strong professional and teaching experience and knows what schools look for, so he can give the right advice. In the end, it worked, and my son got into the top architecture school. Moshe played a major part in that success!
Working with Moshe was one of the best decisions we made during my daughter’s architecture portfolio journey. He is so patient, and extremely creative. He really took the time to get to know her strengths and her potential and then found unique ways to motivate her. He knew how to challenge and encourage her at the same time. She advanced her technical skills but also became more creative and definitely less stressed. Try working with him. Your child will thank you.
Moshe helped me a lot with my architecture portfolio, and working with him made a huge difference. He is very good at seeing your potential even when you are completely confused. He gives great feedback and motivates you to do great work. I learned a lot from him and would definitely recommend him to anyone applying to architecture school.
Moshe made a real difference in my son’s journey. He’s always loved architecture but struggled to express his ideas and had little support at school. We found Moshe with about a year to go, which changed everything. He didn’t just guide the portfolio process, he helped my son grow in confidence and start believing in his own talent. Over time, he really came out of his shell and began to enjoy the process. In the end, he created a portfolio he was proud of and was accepted into a great architecture program. We’re incredibly grateful for Moshe’s support, he’s professional, kind, and he truly cares. An amazing teacher!
My daughter worked with Moshe while preparing her portfolio for the architecture program at a prestigious university. I am sure that his support was one of the reasons she got accepted into her dream program. She was attending the IB program and felt overwhelmed, but most importantly, she lacked the confidence to express her ideas. Moshe was amazing and helped her produce great work, but also guided her to find her own unique style, which the admission team appreciated very much.
He is very experienced and knows exactly what they are looking for. He was patient, encouraging, and dedicated. She always left each session feeling more motivated and inspired. As a parent, it was reassuring to know she had someone so knowledgeable and supportive in her corner. I highly recommend Moshe to any student who needs guidance and wants to reach their full potential.View more recommendations
