About Milan
I am a Computer Science graduate from the University of St Andrews, where I studied modules including Computer Security, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering Principles, and Human-Computer Interaction. I also completed a dissertation focused on developing a privacy notice tool for legal use, strengthening both my technical and analytical skills.
I have over 7 years of teaching and mentoring experience, including formal tutoring roles where I supported students in Mathematics, Computer Science, and English. Through this, I have developed a structured and adaptable teaching style, working with students of different ages and abilities.
Academically, I achieved A* grades in both Mathematics and Computer Science at A-Level, alongside strong GCSE results (including multiple grade 9s). Having completed the full academic pathway myself, I have a clear understanding of exam requirements and how to achieve top grades at both GCSE and A-Level.
Alongside tutoring, I now work as a Technology Analyst in the finance industry, and strive to give back to the community by sharing my knowledge and interest in the field.

My tutoring is focused on delivering clear, measurable improvement through structured support.

Following the first session, I provide a clear, structured plan outlining priorities and the most effective path to improvement. This ensures that each lesson builds towards a defined outcome, whether that is moving up a grade boundary or preparing for exams with confidence.
Alongside tutoring, I currently work in a highly competitive professional environment, which reinforces the importance of clear thinking, problem-solving, and precision — all of which I incorporate into my teaching style.
