I had a lesson with Amma to prepare for an important work presentation in the NHS. While I have some basic experience communicating with patients, staff, and external stakeholders through my role as an allied health professional , I still felt nervous and wanted to improve my public speaking skills and reach my full potential ahead of this presentation.

I can honestly say Amma was fantastic and put me at ease straight away! I hadn’t realised the huge impact of my body language during my talks, which was something I had been neglecting, and her background in acting and communications was applied in a practical and supportive way to help me improve my confidence, clarity, and presence.
