About Mrityunjay
I am an ADCC India medalist with competitive experience in MMA, boxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My journey in martial arts is built on discipline, structured learning, and continuous technical development.
I have studied striking systems used by Cory Sandhagen, grappling concepts from John Danaher, and strength & conditioning principles developed by Phil Daru.
My approach to training is systematic and performance-focused. I believe martial arts is not just about fighting — it is about building strength, mobility, resilience, and mental discipline.
I focus on:

As an ADCC India medalist with experience in MMA, boxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I follow a systematic and detail-oriented approach that focuses on long-term development — not random workouts.
Training may include:

• Wrestling & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals
