About George
I hold a master’s degree in social health from Cambridge University. Qualifications in nutrition, strength training for older people, Cardiac rehabilitation, Falls prevention in the elderly, Dementia exercise.
I have written books around the subject areas related to healthy ageing. These include:

I have taught social activities and health to wellbeing and activity co-ordinators working older people all over the United Kingdom. I try to combine the latest evidence based scientific approaches in a simple practical sustainable way. I try my best to make what can seem complex health and lifestyle topics accessible for everyone and anyone.
