About Aaron
My name is Aaron and I've spent a lot of my life dedicated to the pursuit of old school bodybuilding. I've made a lot of mistakes in my training journey and I believe I can help others avoid those mistakes and help others not lose sight of what it means to be fit. I would like to discourage others from going down the route of performance enhancing drugs and show them how to incorporate lifting into their lives in a balanced and healthy manner that would enhance their life rather than consume it. I am a firm believer that in order to be healthy, strong and aesthetic, it does not require you to alter your lifestyle to mirror that of a professional bodybuilder or your favourite online influencer.
I myself have applied everything I teach and coach in my own training so these practices are not things I show to be flashy or different but things I know work.
