I am a highly competent bookkeeper, and I would bring a detail-focused and problem-solving mindset to a Tutor position. My teaching method is an activity-based style which encourage self-learning in the classroom through increased tutee to tutor learning. I encourage tutees to question rather than simply have the answer given to them. I use activities to promote self-discovery and develop problem-solving skills, which can often lead to the tutee developing a much deeper understanding of the topic. My method involves actively interacting with individual tutees. I incorporate my personality, preferences, and interests into my teaching. I tailor my tutoring for different pupils, incorporating extra-curricular knowledge to develop a deeper knowledge of a particular topic.
