About Okeemah
As a first generation medical student I had to teach myself the skills that I am prepared to teach to you. During my undergraduate degree I tutored for 2 years to middle school students as well as being a teachers assistant for college anatomy. During medical school I was a tutor for the Department of Educational Services to students who were in the terms below me for two years. During this time I met with my students weekly and tailored lesson plans to best fit their needs.

I create individualized lesson plans for each person after an initial meeting determining what areas they are struggling in. Each session will be an hour long and will consist of illustrations of the topics, multiple choice questions (if fitting), and breakdowns of the topic.
Throughout medical school I have developed advanced test taking skills including reading comprehension and test timing needed for MCAT, USMLE STEP 1 and 2, and other board examinations.
I can tailor lesson plans for high school students, college students, and medical students.
