About Megan
As a 21 year old Maths university student, I have a strong passion for my subject, and strive to make it accessible and enjoyable to as many people as possible. I have a strong academic record with 4 A*s in A levels including Maths and Further Maths as well as recieving grade 9s in 7 GCSE subjects including Maths.
I have a strong understanding that everyone is different, and aim to get to know the student to allow me to figure out what works best for them and to get the most out of every session.

My aim is to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, aiming to build the students confidence in both subject content and how to approach questions, as I believe this to be a fundamental part of Maths.
To do this I aim to use a free introductory session to get to know the student, identify their strengths and weaknesses to enable me to tailor my sessions in order to get the most out of them.
My experience as a tutor so far has been being paired with struggling GCSE students to mentor them within science and maths subjects, as well as engaging in small group sessions with primary school students to help build their confidence.
