About Rohini
I have a B.A and an M.A degree in sociology from presidency college and jadavpur university rescpectively and currently at my 2nd year pursuing for my d.ed in nursery teachers training and have no teaching experience at all, I just have a practice teaching for 1 day in a small school which i went for last year and taught e.v.s to 2nd grade students and also i have a 6 and a half months work experience in HDFC Bank for the position of virtual relationship manager in the year 2016 in kolkata itself.

For the 1st to 3rd grades students, first i will introduce the topic to the class and ask them what is it that they know about that topic and then i will give them a basic idea about the topic and then ask them to read and i will explain everything word to word and line by line, then use real life examples and use the blackboard and other teaching aids like any objects, chart work etc. give them class work, homework and take tests to evaluate their performances and give them their feedback. And for montessori and kindergarten kids i will use the play way method with them instead of teaching them and make them understand things accordingly without giving them any harsh punishments.
