About Hope
I am currently studying for a master's degree in civil engineering at Plymouth university. I had a tutor for GCSE and I was helped alot by them my grades went up and I ended up with A's in the subjects that I had tutors in.
I enjoy learning and being productive so I wanted to put my spare time to good use and help people. From experience, I believe that to really be good at a subject you have to understand it but you also have to have confidence in the subject and that is what I aim to work on with individuals. I am really happy that I get to teach people who aren't too sure about or confident about a subject and give them the opportunity to enjoy learning too.

I know from experience that different students have completely different ways of learning for each subject; this is why I pride myself on being very adaptable to each individual and tutoring them in the way they want to be taught.
At GCSE I got A's in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Furthermore, I went on to complete maths, physics and a geography A level and earned a B in all.
I've had experience tutoring including tutoring a family member during the long covid break and on top of this, I also tutored A-level maths students during my A levels.
The level that I tutor currently is GCSE maths and physics and the length of the sessions is an hour minimum. These sessions will be online due to having to move around alot for university.
