1991 graduate of Musicians Institute. I teach pro level guitar lessons nationwide with a personalized approach!

I have been a student of Erik for the last 12 years, beginning at the age of 43. Having played instruments through middle school, I have some music background, but my guitar playing was rather minimal. My goal was simply to play some basic songs.
With Erik’s instruction, I am able to play a wide range of songs on both acoustic and electric guitars, including Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Dylan, and other intricate songs as well as the solos.
The best part is that we can tab and learn a song and solo within an hour lesson.
If you want to develop your guitar abilities, Erik is a phenomenal teacher that I have recommended to many people!

I’ve been with Erik for almost 3 years now. When I started, I doubted I’d be successful. Taking up guitar in my 60’s, I thought would be more challenging. Erik made me comfortable and brought me along. I now am comfortable playing lots of songs and I’ve learned many techniques. I highly recommend Erik as an instructor!

Erik has taught me for over 13+ years and has elevated my guitar playing to levels that impress me everyday! He started with me as a true beginner and helped me develop a diverse set of skills and styles that allow me to play any song. He is thorough with his work and takes time to work with me to understand not only the notes but the concepts behind the music. I would recommend him to anyone!
