Table Tennis Coaching in Pune

Every rally relies on seven basic skills, from the grip to the return of serve.

• Grip and ready position: a relaxed hold and balanced knees let you react quickly.
• Footwork: short, quick steps that place you behind every ball.
• Forehand and backhand drives: the two main attacking strokes.
• Serve and spin: topspin, backspin and sidespin start every point.

With one-to-one tuition, a tutor corrects small errors early, before they turn into habits.

Learning table tennis works best with a clear plan and short, frequent sessions.

• Choose a suitable bat: a beginner-friendly bat gives you more control than speed.
• Learn the basic strokes: begin with the forehand and backhand push and drive.
• Repeat simple drills: rallying cross-court with a partner trains your timing.
• Play practice matches: games teach you serves, placement and how to stay calm under pressure.

With private lessons, you get instant feedback and drills that match your goals.
