As a trained university tutor, I use a variety of teaching techniques mixed with my good sense of humour to make learning interesting. I assess my student's ability by giving out past exam questions, and from their performance, I can decipher their strength and weakness. I deal with their weak points by explaining the subject in real-life terms and setting up classwork where I participate with them and give out homework to get them used to the topic.
