About Harini Sri
I am Harini Sri Rangan, an IT professional in Sydney and a passionate teacher with a deep love for education. My inspiration comes from my mother and maternal grandmother, who are both teachers. My interest in teaching started early I used to help my friends with studies in school and college, which strengthened my passion for explaining concepts clearly. Even after entering the IT sector, I didn’t find job satisfaction, so I started tutoring local students at my home in India. Through this, I gained firsthand experience with the rigorous Indian education system, which I found to be more challenging compared to the Australian system. Now, as I move to Australia, I want to continue my teaching journey, helping students here build strong mathematical foundations with engaging and effective learning techniques. I am also planning to pursue a master’s in teaching to upskill and transition fully into the education field. Teaching isn’t just a profession for me it’s a passion passed down through generations, and I am excited to make a difference in my students’ learning experiences.
