My style of tutoring is the classic French language, highly focusing on mastering writing, grammar, and pronunciation along with an accurate French accent. Practicing is the name of the game to enrich our ability to speak and express ourselves; hence I encourage my students to go through casual dialogues & discussions for some time each lesson that will lead to improving their capacity for oral conversations & writing comprehension in a short period of time. (We will track the progress together.) We will be able to cover the most essential aspects of the language from reading, writing, learning new vocabulary, and live grammar exercises in only an hour.

Perfect! Domy is an excellent teacher! He takes the time to evaluate your level and adjusts his methodology from there. My French has improved significantly since starting lessons with him. You can tell that Domy is very excited and passionate as a teacher as he brings a lot of enthusiasm and animation. E.g. he focused heavily on my pronunciation and offered tricks such as whistling such that I've now begun to improve on certain phonemes such as the 'u' in 'tu'. I previously thought this was out of my reach.

I approached Domy after reading the recommendations here and wanted to leave my own.
Before, I wasn’t completely at ease speaking French. However, slowly but surely I’m gaining more confidence in myself.
We talk about a variety of topics (some quite complex!), and he helps me a lot with grammar and pronunciation. We have exercises both in speaking and writing, which I find to be very useful.
As a teacher, he’s very easygoing, which makes learning enjoyable. You can make mistakes without the fear of being judged and correct them together, a language learning strategy that feels more involved.
