Teaching can be challenging and demanding. A good teacher is not only responsible for imparting subject knowledge to their students but also in shaping young minds into becoming responsible citizens and human beings.  In other words, the job of a teacher is not just to attend to the academic development and excellence of students but also to contribute to their moral and emotional development.

Teacher training programs deliver generations of teachers, who in turn educate generations of pupils and students, who on their part, implement the knowledge and skills acquired during the rest of their lives.

It is not far from the truth when we state that there is a shortage of quality and qualified teachers in the country. While more and more students are entering Indian classrooms, the teacher to student ratio is deteriorating at an alarming rate! This has meant that the demand for teachers has considerably gone up in the country.
