About Dibo
Hi, my name is Adib Zahirrudin from Malaysia. I've played the piano since I was 7 years old and I've had many piano teachers that taught me from basics of finger movement, to dynamics when performing. Not gonna lie, I was a terrible player before, and piano is the hardest instrument to master. There are black/white keys, all of them sound different, your hands are too small, or can't play both hands. These are all the problems I faced before too! Although it is complicated, it's not impossible to learn! For playing, we could learn the correct hand posture/position, finger movement, and practice method for effective learning. For theory, we will learn key signatures, chords, intervals and more fun jazzy stuff! All in all, learning piano is a fun journey, and in no time, you'll be able to understand and be skillful in playing your favorite song:D Thank you

Where I teach: I teach online on Zoom or Meet! But you can tell me other apps you're comfortable with. How I teach: I'll get to know your level, and we go from there. I'll go through with you on techniques/concepts one-by-one. If you want to learn much more, I'll teach more:) Length of lessons: 1 hour max. Sufficient for teaching some new technique/concept. Qualifications: I've acquired ABRSM Grade 8 Performance Piano certification with Distinction. I've played casually as a rock band pianist and accompanying singers.
