I am having more than 40 years of theory and practical experience of yoga. And I am a qualified yoga professional. I am a mechanical Engineer of 1978 batch, who worked with top Corporates in India i.e. Eicher, Escorts, India Glycols Ltd and Triveni Engg. for 35 years, I know all that how to minimize stress of Corporate executives by yoga and also to manage their lifestyle diseases i.e. diabetes, B.P, lower back pain and obesity, anxiety, thyroid etc. by doing YOG practice and diet management on regular basis.

I have been involved with YOG since 1980. And from 2016 I am a practiced Yoga professional, duly certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. My total experience and specialization is in ancient, traditional Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga. My students are based in India, USA, Australia, UK and Gulf country as well, to whom I teach via Skype and Google Meet or via WhatsApp as well. You Just try my one free demo class and further decide accordingly. I have specially designed "Chair Yog" for corporate executives, to combine the same with their routine working. My way of teaching yogic exercises includes a combination of Asanas, Pranayam, JAP, Tratak, Meditation and diet related advice as well. I also explain to my students about the importance of YAM & NIYAM in their everyday Life. My unique Savasana and yog nidra processes take you to a real blissful stage within minutes. All these yogic Kriyas are part of my every one hour class. I do not take group yoga classes, which I consider like physical exercises (P.T.) of a school. My YOG classes are of 'one on one' type, by transformation to improve the performance of your mind's natural programming. Which enhances the efficiency and functioning of our body's complete hardware and software. By profession, I am a Mechanical Engineer of 1978. And have worked in corporate sectors throughout my life, where a number of fellow colleagues were benefiting from my personal yoga experience, hence I know the importance of yoga in the corporate sector quite well. And now I am enjoying my this passion as a profession after my retirement, primarily for corporate executives. I myself do tough yoga for hours together, every day at the age of 67, even sometimes, I do HOT yoga also, at 40°C. My headstand is also unique on the front portion of the head and simultaneously I perform jap & meditation very comfortably for minutes together in this Shirshasana. After taking my very first free demo/ consultancy class, you can join my monthly course of 12 yoga classes. Which can make you independent yoga practitioner within 2-3 months, if you continue your self yoga practice on off days too. Once you join my YOG classes, you will find it one of the best decisions of your life, as it will not only improve your physical, mental and emotional health but will also reform your lifestyle in all respects and will make you progressive on your spiritual path as well. Based on my experience my price is very reasonable and affordable, which you will realize after discussing with me during my free demo consultancy class of 30 minutes, which may be either over phone or via Skype or Google Meet. After that you can decide about joining my regular course of YOG classes. I also allow my students to take off from the classes, during my course for any reason, whenever required with prior intimation. Further students can also add any of their family members or colleagues in my online classes at no extra fees, from any other locations.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    I am involved with yoga for past, plus 40 years and found it the best for development of our physical,mental heath.
    Yoga is a thousands of years old subject. Oldest book " Yogsutra" about yoga was complied 200BC by Patanjali rishi.
    Yoga doesn't teaches us only asanas and pranayam and meditation but also tells us about ethics of life.
    Which reforms/ improve our lifestyle in all respects to lead a successfull career in all fields including society .
    I am teaching it for past 10 years after my retirement from corporate sector.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    I read many books of Sw. Sivanand for past 40 years, who is my mentor, guru and motivator as well.
  • How does your work help society?

    Since yoga is the best way to keep people happy and healthy. And so far I have taken app. 6000 classes, which included many unhealthy/ sick persons as well.So I feel satisfied that,
    I am helping society to improve their health
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    Non other than Sw. Sivanand. Who was a master of yoga, and did a lot for society.
    Whatever I am today. It's because of his practical books, which guide you in all respects to become a perfact yogi.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Reading books related with yoga and Sanatan Dharma.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    My most of the students have a unqui positive learning experience during their yoga classes with me.
    Still I am sharing a recent incident with one of my Student Mr. Philip from California, who joined my classes via Superprof around eight months back mainly because of his lower back pain issue. He started getting benefitted in pain from yoga in few weeks.
    And during my subsequent classes he practiced pranayam, meditation and also cleared his various doubts related with daily routine life activities, stress, anxiety, sound sleep etc. And a few weeks later, he was so impressed and improved from my yoga lessons that he sent me a following reply on WhatsApp, which became a award for my self motivation.
