I am a singing tutor with over 10 years of experience and hold a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Vocal Performance. I specialize in working with adult beginners, hobbyists, and those returning to singing after a break. Whether you’re singing in community choirs, karaoke, or casual social settings, I create a low-pressure, encouraging space where learning feels comfortable and fun. My teaching focuses on breathwork, vocal relaxation, posture, and mindfulness in music, all essential for developing a healthy and expressive voice. I work well with The Soloist in Training and The Church Ensemble Player, providing personalized support to preserve their vocal instrument. Together, we practice exercises that strengthen endurance without strain. I also teach strategies to recognize early signs of fatigue and how to recover quickly. Maintaining a healthy voice is not just about technique—it’s about care and consistency.
My goal is to help singers protect their voices so they can perform confidently for years to come. You’ll learn to listen to your body and make smart choices that keep your instrument strong.
