About Seray
Born in Istanbul in 1987, Seray Kalelioğlu started playing the piano at the age of 6. He took part as a chorister in TRT Children's Choir between 1995-2000. In 1996, she participated as a soloist in the Children's Songs competition held in Figuera da Foz, Portugal, and was awarded the "Friendship and Peace Award". Between 2001 and 2005, he studied piano with İslam Manafov at the Istek Belde Fine Arts High School, where he was accepted with a full scholarship. Between 2005 and 2009, she continued her piano education with Dilek Yonat Batıbay at Marmara University Music Teaching Department. During the 2007-2008 academic year, he studied at the Gdansk Music Academy in Poland as part of the Erasmus Exchange Program. Returning to Turkey in 2008, Seray Kalelioğlu continued her piano studies with İris Şentürker and has taken part in various projects in the country since then. He worked as a pianist in “Bir Şehnaz Oyun” at the Istanbul State Theatre. He took part in the "Sarkis Documentary" and "Sarkis Exhibition" shot by NTV at Istanbul Modern with Scriabin's Op.2 No.1 Study. He taught piano at various institutions. He also took part as a pianist in the work titled "Bir Şehnaz Oyun", where he was the music director at Kültür University. She continued her graduate studies in chamber music with Jerfi Aji and piano with Ayşegül Sarıca at ITU MIAM. He performed Alexander Technique on piano with pianist Nelly Ben-Or and cellist Selma Gökçen, Taubmann Technique with Edna Golandsky and masterclasses with Hüseyin Sermet.
He took part in the “Youth Meeting in Music Science IV” symposium held at Istanbul Technical University with his presentation titled “Edvard Grieg and Piano Concerto: Its Connections with Hummel and its Norwegian Influence”. Pianist Seray Kalelioğlu has organized recitals in venues such as Marmara University, Istanbul Technical University, Arsu Sahne and Yeldeğirmeni Art, Caddebostan Cultural Center, Kozyatağı Cultural Center, Mozarthaus. In 2018 and 2019, he worked as the coordinator of the ITU MIAM Piano Festival. He has released two albums, "Existence" and "Hummel: Piano Variations", consisting of works by Johann Nepomuk Hummel. Kalelioğlu continues to work as a pianist and instructor.

Kaliteli bir piyano eğitiminin yanında başarılı bir piyanistten ders aldıkları için şanslılar. (Klasik müzik seviyorsanız Spotify’dan albümünü de bulabilirsiniz.
