I have gone through many mental challenges in my life. These challenges have opened up my mind to who I am personally. You may not really know who you are unless you challenge yourself through various life experiences which I can say I have done. On my journey I learnt about self-discovery, what my strengths and weaknesses are and discovering new strengths and weaknesses too. Every current and new weakness can be exercised by various life challenges or experiences to improve our overall mentality. Before we can do that we need to have an understanding of who we are. I learnt that one of my best abilities is the ability to adapt to situations. I have done this through various new experiences which have challenged my mentality to be better. With my journey I hope I can teach others on how to improve who they are.
