About Lina

Meditation and Mindfulness practice can be a very personal customised experience and can bring great benefits to your mental, physical and spiritual health and growth. I have become a certified holistic wellness coach and meditation teacher following my passion to share knowledge, life experiences, and help others to improve their lifestyle and achieve a comfortable balance with their mind, body and soul. I have become a certified meditation practitioner/teacher by The Priority Academy a little while ago, but meditation has been a big part of my life for over five years. I prefer a Mindfulness Meditation practice and offer that to my customers. I have vast experience in teaching groups and individuals.

Mindfulness Meditation is all about you and can be as simple as you like and as advanced as you prefer. If you are only starting to meditate I will guide you through easy step by step practice of simple body scan and breathing awareness meditation to relax and get used to meditation. For more advanced level I will add Mantras, Love and Kindness or ZEN meditations.

  • How long have you been interested in the field of well-being and are you practising?

    I have been interested in a holistic approach to well-being since my childhood and have been practising different types of wellness occasionally since my teenage years. Since 2017 I have been practising mindfulness, meditation, reiki and other holistic health therapies daily and also teaching others meditation and relaxation techniques.
  • Tell us what your discipline can bring to people's lives.

    The benefits of mindfulness meditation daily and knowledge of how to relax bring balance to each daily routine, with which comes, health, concentration, peace and contentment. balance means different things to each individual, for some, it allows them to have mind space and capacity to achieve their goals and others to live peaceful and happy lives. with this knowledge, we can learn how to manage stress better, be more focused and productive as well as allow our bodies to relax properly so that we can get restful sleep throughout the night. These benefits are only available by learning and practising 'mindfulness meditation daily.
  • Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?

    There are lots of ways to feel good in your body and mind. Being mindful and allowing yourself to relax is a good place to start when feeling overwhelmed or stressed! Just sitting and listening to your own body is a step in the right direction.
  • How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

    My method is based on practice and support which you receive every step of the way, towards your improvement of meditation or stress management and balanced lifestyle practice.
  • With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

    Meditation and mindfulness have been a constant learning experience, one that I love and will continue to do. When first starting, I don't think I ever could have imagined the changes meditation and mindfulness would bring about in my life. I understand myself better now than ever before, how my mind works and why it does what it does. Life has become less stressful, I'm a happier person now and when I am aware of myself I tend to think more positive thoughts and worry less.
  • Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

    I am deeply committed to being my own role model and supporting others who reach their own success. But I'd be lying if I said I got here on my own. Above all else, I am inspired by the people who strive to make the world better for others and have been inspired by: Vishen Lakhiani, Sadhguru, Marisa Peer, Deepak Chopra, Buddha and Reiki philosophies ...etc
  • How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

    I tend to use a blend of creative, intellectual, and physical activities as my main methods of stress relief. Meditation is my primary method, followed by a variety of artistic and physio outlets such as drawing, crafts and a variety of exercises. I meditate twice a day for 15min on regular bases and can meditate for hours if dealing with some extra stressful situation.
  • Tell us about a memorable lesson

    My most memorable experience as a teacher is when I see a clear change in people that meditation and relaxation brings. In almost every lesson I see their surprise when they can relax in one session and see the world through a more focused and empowered perspective.
